Gender Equity Index 2021
A legal obligation, the Professional Equality Index has been designed to measure the pay gap between women and men and to highlight the areas for improvement when these disparities are unjustified.
The Index is a score out of 100 points, calculated from 4 or 5 indicators depending on the size of the company. When the score obtained is less than 75 points, the company must take corrective measures by agreement or, failing that, by unilateral decision, in order to reduce the disparities within 3 years. It must also set improvement targets for each of the indicators and publish these targets as well as the corrective measures adopted.
Galalitum has obtained 78% for the year 2021.
